BF3 Premium code already used.

Im really disappointed because I bought ps3 version of premium edition and the code did not work maybe because I am in Croatia and I couldn't also redeem a Sims 3 pets limited edition species code because it can't connect to ea servers but I still don't know why premium wont work

You will need to get in contact with your retailer first. They need to provide a functional copy of the game, which includes all gamecodes, as long as you bought a new version of the game. If you have any kind of issues or bought the game via our Origin shop, you can always get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for further advice.
