Are you the original owner of the BF3 LE edition or did you buy a used copy of the BF3 LE edition? I ask because the B2K entitlement is directly tied to the limited edition online pass (it's not on the disc). If you purchased this used the LE Online pass was used by the original owner and you have the standard online pass without access to B2K. If this is the scenario you'll need to purchase B2K separately to play those maps.
