Assault Kit Shortcut not working

Hi, i bought the "assault kit shortcut" on ps3 and my weapons are still locked

Tried  to contact some game advisor but it redirects me here everytime

Sorry to hear you're having issues with that. As far as I know, the Assault Kit shortcut only works on the base copy of BF3, so if you play on an expansion pack map or mode, it will not work. That may be your problem. You should also check Battlelog on your computer to see if you have the guns unlocked. You can check your PS3 data here. Check to make sure the correct guns are unlocked - the list of what should be unlocked can be found here:

Hi webdo,

According to your entitlements, there shouldn't be any issue. Your Battlelog also shows that the weapons contained in the assault shortcut pack are unlocked. 

I guess, since you've already done a few kills with these weapons, everything is working now?
