Admin or Punkbuster banning [ Edited ]

I cheated before and it never went well. I bought a new game bf3 around when it was new and said I wouldn't cheat. Now suddenly I am banned for launching the damn thing! I just installed it! It's fresh and clean, and I keep getting kicked/banned because I started up my game on a new pc fresh install, and have never cheated before. What can I do to fix this?

ALSO I will NOT accept answers like This

Seriously not a good decision, we won't be able to help you here. Please dispute it with Punkbuster. I will have to lock this because you admitted to using cheats."

I want a serious answer. Something I can reply to without getting my post locked or what not.

I HAVE NOT used hacks before. I have bought FOUR PRODUCT KEYS of bf3 and went through 3 computers to get it working. I FINALLY have it working on a fresh new install of Windows 7 and a brand new Fresh install of battle web plugin and a New install of origin. All downloaded strait from the internet from the official servers and websites. I download the game from my account and it kicks me, Bans me, then bans me for longer and longer amounts of time for running a MULTIHACK. I just want to play the game and I could really use some ACTUAL help.

@324233442343 Seems as if you change your story to using cheats, to not. As i said previously you will have to dispute it with punkbuster. Even with a fresh install, they may still have ways at detecting a past cheater. Who knows.

So it says my ban was lifted but I just got a kick for using the same multihack. I went to a fiends pc shop, opened a fresh new pc and installed windows 7 on it, and installed origin, battlefield 3, and battleweb plugin and tried to play the game. My account was then forwarded with this error message

Is there any way there is a way I can remove this 'multi hack' from my account or cloud save? I don't know what else to do....
