My old account is amsrz and my new account is AMSRZORR. Can I ask you please you can merge these accounts? my old account is bad because when i login in to origin i can't see my friend and the shop and when i want to play battlefield 3 i can't because my Battlelog writ this :We’re sorry, you cannot access this feature because you have a limited access Origin account. What i need to do ?

we cannot do that for you on Answer HQ. You will have to contact a game

advisor to have your accounts merged/checked.

To contact a game advisor, go to

* Fill in "account" in the search bar
* hit find solutions
* Then select product in the first selecting bar, account management in the second and select your platform in the last bar.
* Hit find solutions.

Now you will be given multiple solutions to your problem. To contact support you need to click "I still need help".
