A one dollar hold on bf3 purchase and no game???????????????????????? [ Edited ]

I had just purchased BF3 premium with a debit card, American Express and all it did was put one dollar on hold from my debit card acount... it really fustrated me and i dont know when i will get that one dollar back. if it continues than i am going to uninstall origin and never use it again becouse of this action. i have asked all of my friends that use origin and they say they have never had this problem so i dont know what to do. please respond and sorry for the amount of question marks on the subject title, just had to make it more visable.
