50% off Medal of Honor - Not working

I have BF3 Premium.  Website says i am eligible for 50% discount on Medal of Honor.  When I go to purchase MOH Warfighter, the Check Out page trys to charge me again for BF3 Premium.  If I delete this purchase then MOH reverts to full price.  I do have BF3 Premium and would purchase MOH at 50% if possible
