MY battlefield 4 dlc will not show up and says I need dlc I bought with premium

I just bought the battlefield 4 premium edition because the xbox one version took my guns away that I hadc worked on unlocking from the assignments but now I try to play a battlefield 4 server but it keeps telling me that I need the dlc but I can't find the dlc and it wont download on it own or won't register I either need help fixing this like yesterday or I want my money back I love BF but with these problems happening all the time it's making me hate it more and more.
