I just purchased Battlefield 2142 Deluxe through Origin's 50% off deal. When I try to login, it asks for my EA Account name. I entered my EA Account name and password and the response is "no account found with specified name". So I attempt to "Retrieve Details" and i was able to get an account name that i must have used when playing the demo back when the game originally came out. I attempt to retrieve the password and i get "Too many password recoveries. please contact EA support..."
So how do I contact EA support?

Please follow this link to get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.

this is a crock of Sh!T there is no way to contact anyone it just runs you in circles,,, I bought the game on cd in 2008 and now I cant login or retrive account details

This is going to sound strange, but here is what you need to do. Go here and input your user name for 2142 and ask to get your password reset. It should send an e-mail to the e-mail 2142 had registered and in that e-mail should be a link which will let you make at new Pogo password. Once you do that, you should be able to use the new password for 2142 to log in.
I am not sure why pogo now has 2142 account passwords, but it worked for me.
I had to call ea to get them to help me fix this.

I would try that option myself as I am going in circles to.
But I do not have access to my previous email address I set up the account with. I tried to change the email address in my account but I forgot my secret word now it only sends verification to sort to my old email address. I need someone physically to change it for me at administration end.
But try to contact someone !!!!
