So, chating with support here found that my BF2 account/soldier was linked to a stolen email ( since was mine but microsoft closed it because someone else was using it ) . Since that email is linked to an origin account I asume that was used by someone else.
Recently my stats were reseted ( yes, I already read the FAQ ) but is not normal case because all explained above, I never had pbbans or ggc ban, I conatced support team and told me to call expert team to change the email address. I did my enlish es not good for talk so back to chat the advisor gave me a new key to put BF2 on my origin. So, a couple of questions : Can I get back my stats ? How know if my BF2 email was changed ? Is posible to talk with expert team online ? Is there any way to talk with the same advisor I did at 1st time ?

I understand your Problem (most of it) but you have to contakt the support directly, they will unlikly unswer you in this forum (by the way I have login probs too)
