can't see DLCs

First, an advisor tole me that the DLCs are linked to my account and he can see it and send me some steps to resolve it. (which didn't work)

The second advisor told me that the DLCs are not linked to my account and ask for the codes, sure no problem I still have them.

The problem at all, I have no idea if I do have them or not.

I am tired of having to call EA about it( I beated my record, scoring 3 chats on the same day about it)

DAMMIT, can someone help me out please?

P.S. The DLCs are Road to Rome and Secret Weapons of WWII.

@Lunelli_98 This isn't something we can asisst with on AHQ.

1942 is no longer sold and supported and the servers are long since closed, so unfortunately there are limits to how much support will be able to assist.

If support were unable to assist with this, unfortunately there's no more that we can do to help, sorry.
