BF 1942 Black Screen Erro Windows 10 x64

I have three notebooks and all have enough capacity to run the BF 1942 but the most powerful notebook is in trouble when trying to play, when the game is good to carry loading the game it is paralyzed in a black screen, the only way to close is opening a New desktop through the Windows + TAB key, and closing the game by the Task Manager. However I found a partial solution, I noticed that when I delete and create a new profile the game loads normally without any problem. What I can do to solve this problem, the two other notebooks that the game still works it used previously Windows 7 and were logged into Windows 10, and that way the game still work without problem, already this nobeook I'm trying to play , A clean install of the game was done directly in Windows 10. Anyway what I should do I am really wanting to play BF1942 on the notebook that I am actively using, sorry for my bad English. The game was installed plus the two expansions and in addition they were installed two versions modified by Fans, they are Desert Combat and Forgotten Hope.

After the complete installation of the game and the expansions has been installed the following Patches:

Turing off "Xbox Game DVR" overlays fixed the problem. Great! Many thaaaanks!

to be honest here i never seen problem like this before

it is the weirdest problem i have ever seen on bf1942

here is what you got try first

Turn off virus scanner and firewall to see if thats blocking new Profiles

Turn off any and all overlays, especially the Xbox Game DVR on Win 10 (Open Xbox App > Settings > Game DVR > Turn slider off for "Record game clips...").

also if you have overwolf for teamspeak uninstall it

posi thinks  your using a old  torrent iso  that got be corrupted  if so ? first uninstall bf1942 and download install this version.

Sorry for taking so long to answer. In the end I tested this HD version that you made available, I realized that somehow this version worked better but still the error occurs, at the beginning after the installation it behaved normally but it was getting worse over the hours, now it is worse than the Old one I was using, locking in an even more aggressive way. I have here a version copied from my other computer (backup) and I have something to say about it, the game is working perfectly it starts and it enters the game and I can play it anytime, however when I press (ESC) to go to the menu , The game hangs on the black screen, and this has been persisting. I do not know what to do anymore is something very inconsistent.

Unfortunately no, initially I even felt a slight improvement but soon I saw that it was pure illusion, but continues making the black screen lock.
I even got to ponder the hypothesis of being the different resolutions between the Menu and the Game itself, since the resolution in both are not the same, but I was not successful, even decreasing the resolution, did not solve, I finally went back to the stake Zero, from some I can tell you that things are flowing better, so far the game did not lock or want once when entering the menu, before it crashed 85% of the time, something else is now taking a little longer So that it enters the black screen, yes for sure it is something that impata in the game, the black screen almost always occurs when I load a new game or map, that is when the screen changes passages, I still think there is something Different resolution between the menu and the game.
Sorry for the delay in reporting, is that I was really testing everything to have a base.

you mean blackscreen.exe crash ? well that happen  on win7 as well just press it away  and ignore it i never had problems loading maps online or offline
