Missing closed alpha and EA trial dogtags

Hello,

I seem to be missing the Dreaming About War dogtag from playing and doing the closed alpha challenge and the Trech Raider dogtag for playing the EA access trial (played for 10 hours). I have unlocked the Boots on the Ground dogtag from the open beta which makes it even more strange that I'm missing the other two. I play on the same account and console all the time and still have the alpha, beta and trial installed on my Xbox One.

I too am missing the Dreaming about war dogtag but received my boots on the ground. I emailed customer service about it but they closed my case today and told me to wait until the game has been released. Which it obviously has been released.

I was told today by EA customer service that it is a known bug and they are working on it. Also I can't receive the phantom dogtag either :/
