Is this allowed?

Can I make a second account and use it in order to get coins for my main account? I mean collect coins on the second account and then sell for example a bronze card expensive from my main account and buy it from my second account. Is this allowed or not?

This is allowed within limits. Excessive abuse of such tricks can lead to a potential account ban.

i believe it is ok as long it is your account. i believe EA has filters to capture it so don't put yourself in trouble because you're not a troublemaker and simply use 1 account(main) if you insist- it is ok but EA has AH records and might ban you if you will buy coins from a known provider and transfer it- in that case your alt. account and main account will be permanently terminated.
