how to change my id in the sims 3 store and even on this website [ Edited ]

 I have been able to change my email and id on origin, ea.com, but not on answers.ea.com or sims.com I would like to keep my gamer id and personal id separate.

Hello @Dark_Red_Gryphon,

In most cases the EA ID is shared across games and websites, changing the ID on one should change it on all of these pages. 

If you are running into trouble with changing the IDs, I would recommend talking to our support via live chat or phone. The advisors can check what is going on and help with the changes:

1. Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly selected in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
3. Select your platform  
4. Select topic and issue.
5. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings, time of day and the topic/issue you choose.

Thank You Kristi for the quick response, I did contact EA and I was told that because thesims3.com is their own website and if it didn't change when I updated my Origin ID that unfortunately it has to stay that way, and if I did change it that it would cause problems on the EA/Origin end. I would like to add though that after the call the ID was updated on this site. Thank You EA Team
