You don't have a separate account for the Answers HQ and Origin., they're one and the same. No individual has specifically signed you up for this service without you knowing it.
If you've navigated to Answers HQ while being logged into Origin, it has likely registered that you're already on Origin and "activated" your account and started tracking your presence on the forums.
