youfollowed all instructions and deleted game file for need for speed the run. restarted the system and checked the file , as it was a broken box symbol - reinserted disc and launched the game after signing back online the dlcs re-downloaded and it allowed me to play. i focused on the online play specifically for the Italian motor racing series. i was starting to make progress but once i reached 10 solo objectives the screen went black and it booted out of the game , once signed back in again i noticed that it deleted the progress i had made which is truly upsetting to me . i also noticed that i still did not receive all of the cars that i was missing from the time saver dlc which makes things even more aggravating for me as i have spent a fair amount of money for these items to enhance my game play and allow me to play additional features that are a part of the game, and as i said before with out these additional cars my game play is greatly reduced. there has to be something more effective that can be done that is more effective of a resolution to this issue as i'm sure that i'm not the only one complaining of these issues if you read through the various forums for this game. any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

youdeleting the effected game , then checking to see if it appeared again as corrupted file with a broken box symbol which it was so i deleted it then re-launched the system and inserted game disc, dlcs' re-downloaded started making progress as mentioned above
