Can't enter product key : System Error. Please try again later

I've installed Alice: Madness Returns and it asked me to activate my game.

I singed in with my EA account then typed my product key on the Enter Product Key page.

It showed me "System Error. Please try again later" while I press the Submit button.

Then I've waited for hours and tried again, but it keep shows "System Error. Please try again later" again.

Is this a problem of contacting the system? What could I do to solve it?

The activating problem have solved

But there is another problem, it shows me "There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game."

Then I reinstall the game. This time there was a window showed "The game cannot launch because of a misconfiguration. Please reinstall your game and try again. (awc_internal_failure)"

How did you solve the system error issue? I am having the same problem. It's extremely aggravating after purchasing the game :P

I finally register the product key on https://www.origin.com/us/activate/create 
Then when I open the game, it's already registered.
